Lifting Sling

The lifting sling ( represented by webbing sling and round soft sling) is a flexible lifting tool made from synthetic fibers such as high-strength polyester, polypropylene, aramid, and HMPE ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It is manufactured through weaving, high-temperature stitching, and wear-resistant sheathing processes. Widely replacing steel wire ropes and chains, industrial lifting sling is used for heavy-duty lifting in factories, ports, construction, wind power, and chemical industries, complying with national standards JB/T 8521, international standards ISO 4878 and EN, and carries CE safety certification.

Precautions For Using Lifting Slings


1. Sharp edged goods must be equipped with corner protectors and wear-resistant sheaths to prevent cutting of the woven tape

2. Overloading, knotting and lifting, prolonged exposure to strong acids and alkalis, open flames and high temperatures are prohibited

3. If there are cuts, damages, exposed core yarn, severe aging and whitening, immediately stop using and scrap

4. Store in a dark and dry place to avoid prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays that accelerate aging

5. Prohibit unprotected use near live high-voltage equipment
